Welcome, my name is Becky Alumbaugh and I am the leader of The Diva Team. The company that I work for is Reece & Nichols. "My team is currently #10 in Reece and Nichols; ytd 2009." My team is a very successful group of full time agents that work in Kansas and Missouri. I have had the honors of getting the Top Agent Award in My Office Repeatedly, President's Circle of Sales, Chairman's Circle of Sales and The 5 Star Agent Best in Client Satisfaction for the past 5 years. Also, I am on Talk Radio 710AM every other Saturday on the "Dollars and Homes" show. We did exceed 17+million this past year in sales with over 110 transactions. We work very hard and keep a positive attitude and set goals. The current year 2009 we are on target to exceed last year's numbers. Becky just got her CDPE; Certified Distressed Property Expert certification.

I also take pride in knowing about short sales and if it is a good thing or not for the client. This is something that takes a lot of patience and understanding of what is going on with the client's property. Sometimes it is the best solution...other times; it may not be.

We put our home up for sale in a very slow seller's market, but Becky sold it in 3 days. Becky's enthusiasm for her job and her knowledge of the Johnson County housing market is exceptional, and we believe this helped us acheive a quick sale.
