About Me

Well I'm a Realtor who lives out here in the west valley right near to the new Cardinals Stadium. Before real estate I was in almost every type of sales known to man. I eventually sought out real estate because I hated selling things to people I knew they didn't want or need, and I have built my real estate business based off the inverse of that, by helping my clients find exactly what they want and need.

Areas of Expertise

Well my main areas of expertise are distressed homes, and first time homebuyers. For distressed homes I am experienced in preforeclosures, foreclosures, auctions, in need of repair and tax lien properties, and can help to guide someone through the process the first time or help experienced investors find properties through my refferal networks. For first time homebuyers I work very closely with a couple lenders who have some very helpfull programs for first time buyers, and have been able to structure deals so virtually anyone can own a home.
