I am a native Californian, serving Southern California for more than 20 years. I have Specialized not only in the sale of Single Family Residences, Income Properties, Condos and Townhomes, I also act as an Investment Counselor to many 1st time Buyers, and have been awarded the designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council.
I have made a difference in the lives of many of the top real estate professionals, as well as many home buyers and sellers alike. I am the author of a Real Estate Training Manual "The Nuts & Bolts of Real Estate Sales" currently being published by Author House Publication for beginning real estate agents.
I am also the author of many news articles for the real estate trade in several Southern California Publications and have been for several years. I also founded and publish a real estate trade publication known as "The Real Estate Market Magazine" (TREMM) which features real estate listings, a real estate commentary page providing an update on real estate market conditions, a renters corner providing rental property listings for renters, as well as a section on business opportunity, income properties, as well as a section for local business owners, such as tradesmen, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, as well as other business such as restaurants, dentist offices and carwashes.
I also put on several seminars every month including those for first time homebuyers, investor seminars for foreclosures and short sales, home selling seminars which also include foreclosure avoidance, short sales and selling in a down market. I have conducted over 650 seminars in all with several more coming soon.
Personally, I am a former United States Marine, who served in Viet Nam. I am proud to be an American, I am proud to be a Real Estate Professional and I look forward in improving the lives of everyone I touch. I take personal pride in educating all those around me. I am a strong supporter of the Saint Jude Children Cancer Research Center. In fact every sale that I am involved with, a portion of my commission goes to help those afflicted with catastrophic diseases that mainly affect children and young adults. Many of my clients have experienced multiple transactions with me as their realtor, and some are clients three and four times over.
