The success of The Golan Team has always been its focus on the "Client" first.  Real Estate to the Golan Team is not a "one deal thing" but a process of developing relationships that last many years longer than the transaction and have prospered into a Referral business by word of mouth that has led to many multi million dollar transactions.

Specializing in luxury Residential Intracoastal and Oceanfront residences and condos, the Golan Team have always worked hard and strived to meet the Client's needs.  Our process involves sitting with the Client, learning, listening and understanding their needs and then go out there and find them the perfect property.  But that is where the relationship begins.  For the Golan Team it is not uncommon to be helping our Buyers long after the transaction closes and advising them on design, decorating, shopping and more for their home.  The Golan Team thinks of themselves as a Concierge Service - being there as a Luxury Realtor Team for a Luxury Buyer.  Having lived in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area for 25+ years the local knowledge they have is indispensable in helping Buyers find their perfect property.

The Golan Team is headed by Eyal & Debra Golan - a husband and wife team that have been working in Real Estate for over seven years. Eyal Golan originally from Jerusalem, Israel has been a Miami resident over 25 years.  With a background in construction and design he is an integral part of the Golan Team with his knowledge and attention to detail.

Eyal enjoys the role of Director of Buyer's Agents for The Golan Team. For Eyal, the process of listening to a Buyer's wants and needs, helping them create a vision of their ideal home and then finding it for them, negotiating the deal and ultimately selling the property is totally fulfilling.  Knowing how to advise the client if a property can be transformed into their dream home is a skill that Eyal has perfected.

Many of the Golan Team's clients are out of town Buyers or European or Canadian Buyers who are often purchasing their second, third or even fourth home whether it be a condo on the Ocean or Intracoastal or a Golf Course community house.  Having someone like Eyal manage the process of Buying and Renovating has been a crucial part of the decision process in hiring the Golan Team to represent them.

Miami being one of the "culture capitals of the world" became an obvious choice when Debra's family emigrated here in 1979.  Born in London, England, Debra Golan has always felt an affinity to both the USA and Great Britain.  She consistently jokes that her accent may be pure US but her heart and culture comes from across the pond!!!!

Having graduated with a BA in Journalism and Communication from the prestigious New York University (NYU) Debra boasts a successful background in advertising and marketing and over the course of a decade  worked both in the US and England for top notch companies like the BBC, Redwood Publishing (Sky Television Guide), Mirror Group Newspapers and more.  When Debra moved back to Florida, she looked for a career where she would find as much excitement, gratification, motivation and success as she did when working in advertising and marketing. Real Estate became the obvious choice.

Recently we were referred a beautiful condo to list for sale and rent at the brand new luxurious oceanfront building One Bal Harbour.  The Seller was in fact a Realtor from Jupiter, Florida who was referred to us from our reputation and past accomplishments.  Within weeks we had the condo rented at full price and now have it available for sale.
