HOME STAGING
With our recommendations, we can help you make a very strong, first impression for potential buyers. We start with a Staging Evaluation, providing our recommendations for improvements so that when a potential buyer walks in your home, they think - ‘yes, I'm home'. Staging services are all about helping the buyer see themselves welcomed home, when they walk in your house.
Then, we can select specific rooms that will make the biggest impact, and focus on staging those rooms while you complete the other recommendations on your own. Or, we can take care of the staging and get you ready from top to bottom to market your home for a quick sale.
Staging Services- Once the evaluation has been completed, a staging proposal will be presented that outlines the specific areas to be staged, any shopping needs and any items to be rented for that specific property. The proposal outlines all the initial and/or ongoing charges for getting the property staged. You will be able to select from 3 levels of service:
· Basic - we use existing furnishings and focus on the main rooms in the house - placing furniture and accessories for maximum IMPACT.
· Standard - we bring in accessories and props to supplement existing furnishings.
· Premium/Vacant - we supply all furnishings, accessories and props to stage the main rooms of the home. Furnishings are rented from local furniture stores on a monthly basis. All other items including props & accessories are included in a flat fee.
OTHER DECORATING & REDESIGN SERVICES OFFERED IN THE TAMPA BAY AREA INCLUDE:
ONE DAY ROOM MAKEOVER - Interior Redesign services - make your house a home by finding the best furniture arrangement and/or getting a new look for your home using the things you already own.
COLOR CONSULTATIONS - Got blank walls? Want to do something but just not sure how to pick a color that works for every member of the house as well as with all your stuff.
DECORATING ON A BUDGET - Need help decorating your place and not sure where to start? Let's develop your decorating plan and help tell the story of your life.
