Who Is Curt aka The Likeability Guy
I am an Energetic Leader in the Real Estate World that enjoy's training and speaking to others about topics that focus on Creating Success, Improving your life, and Increasing Your Likeability!
The way I see it, we have Tremendous opportunities all around us every single day, so why sit on the sidelines and let someone else have all the fun!
I published a book, Titled "How to sell more homes and increase your income" a couple of years ago (2007). It is a book the is easy to read and focuses mainly on the New Home Sales side of Real Estate.
For the last 5 years, I have been researching and writing a book that focuses strictly on the everyday practices of the TOP 1% of Real Estate Performers. It is a book filled with stories, interviews, the buyer perspective and it is all fact. My goal was to gain this rare knowledge, compile it, and put it into a useable format for others to emulate. It includes no theory based ideas or sales schemes.
I assure you the knowledge to be gained in this book is quite a bit different than what you are probably used to practicing and hearing others recommend. The book does not discuss any of the same old timeless and boring Real Estate thoughts that seem to have bogged this industry down.
All the information is current and relevant in today's marketplace (2009).
It is set to be released later in 2009.
Over the last 5 years, I have helped just under 400 happy families purchase a new home and it is been a blast the whole time!!

I truly love helping people purchase homes. It is absolutely one of the greatest feelings in the world to be able to look someone in the eye at the successful conclusion of a home purchase and they know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you have acted selflessly and tirelessly to make them happy.
With the knowledge I have gained both through Very Productive and Successful Personal Experience and in researching the TOP 1% of Real Estate Producers, it is my goal and desire to pass that information along to anyone else that has a dream of being the best.
