Chris McBrearty, CMPS

 

Chris McBrearty has a career spanning over 20 years in the mortgage industry. During his tenure he has served in every major facet of the business from marketing and management to, most recently, serving as CEO of a division for a top 10 national mortgage banker and growing it to over a quarter billion in annualized loan funding. In 2006 and 2007 Chris was recognized as Top Producer for the 12th largest mortgage lender in the nation. Chris was one of the first to gain the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist designation (less than 1% of all mortgage professionals) as yet another way to understand his referral partners and clients. He has a knack for quickly understanding his referrals partners' needs and utilizing his knowledge and expertise to improve their bottom line. His referral partners include CPA's, financial institutions, real estate professionals, financial planners, investment clubs and loan servicing companies.

Chris spends much of his time enjoying his family. He has been happily married for 10 years, has 6 beautiful children and has volunteered with a number of churches as well as Boy Scouts USA, San Pasqual Union School and Escondido Girls Softaball League. Chris appreciates service to his local neighbors and farming communities via various associations and sponsorships. If asked what Chris cherishes most he would tell you that while banking is lively and exciting, he enjoys the challenges of raising a happy healthy family, working the land and spending time out of doors.
