About Us:

Melanie McLane is a nationally known speaker and trainer. A 30+ year veteran of the real estate industry, she has an associate broker's license and a certified residential appraiser's license in Pennsylvania.  She teaches everything from ABR to USPAP, and holds the following designations: ABR, CRB, CRS, ePRO, GRI, RAA, SRES, SRS.  She retains active licenses, but spends most of her time teaching, writing and consulting to the real estate industry.

Areas of Expertise

Melanie McLane's areas of expertise for teaching include: ABR, SRES, RSPS, SRS and USPAP.   A seasoned instructor, she will write and present a topic specific to your needs. She is a subject matter expert on USPAP, the Realtor Code of Ethics, and Pennsylvania Real Estate License Law, as well as general brokerage and appraisal topics.
