As a REALTOR with the South Windsor, CT Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage sales office, I offer more than 23 years of real estate experience. Servicing the Great Hartford area, I have worked through all types of real estate markets . My clients consist of both Buyers and Sellers as I enjoy working with both types of clients in the home buying/selling process.
I have earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation awarded by REBAC, the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors. ABR designees undergo extensive training in assisting buyers through the home-buying process.
My buyer clients get immediate email notification of available homes within minutes of the homes being posted to the Connecticut Multiple Listing Service system. As a full-time agent, I am available as needed working around my clients' schedules in their home search. My past clients can attest to the fact that I am available whenever they need me to answer a question, show a property, etc.
Home financing programs are available to all who qualify through the mortgage division of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage family, N. E. Moves Mortgage. There is a loan officer available in each local Coldwell Banker sales office to better assist our buying clients. So whether its a pre-qualification letter, a rate quote, or an answer to any financing question, our loan counselors are there to help.
Having lived in Connecticut for 25 years residing in South Windsor, Glastonbury, and West Hartford during that time, I have first hand knowledge of these towns and the surrounding areas. Having personal knowledge of the Greater Hartford area greatly adds to my market expertise.
My selling clients benefit from my combined technical and market expertise. With a background in IT, I recognize the value of the latest technology and its role in today's real estate business. From my personally-created VisualTours®, to the immediate notification of an online buyer's request for information about my listings, to the database I created to notify local area REALTORs of my new listings, price changes, etc. a seller cannot have a more comprehensive market plan in place for his/her home.
Because I divide my time working with both buyers and sellers, I stay abreast of the market, seeing so much of the inventory first hand, and this enables me to assist my selling clients when it comes time to price their homes.
