With 20+years of combined experience in home décor, “the SCheryls” strive to maximize the selling potential of your home or create that certain dynamic lifestyle that you visualize.

About Us:

The Scheryls are Home Stagers and offer a specialized service for people who are preparing to sell their home or for those who have acquired a new space and would like help setting up when they move in.  It does not matter whether it is a house, condominium or apartment.

            Essentially The Scheryls work with the sellers/buyers and/or their real estate agents.  We offer services in three areas: 

  1. The first phase:  The SCheryls will come into the home and offer consultation throughout the entire home in terms of reconfiguring the space so that it shows to potential homebuyers in the best possible way.
  2. The second phase:  Once the SCheryls have given the home owners our consultation report, they can then choose to do the "work" themselves with regards to packing away unnecessary items, painting, minor repairs, etc. according to the consultation report.  The home sellers can "hire" The SCheryls if they so choose to help with the work.
  3. The final phase:  This is the actual "Staging" process.  The SCheryls will come in and configure the space to show it in the best possible way, paying attention to maximizing space and flow as well as focusing on architectural details, views and light.

Homeowners can choose all phases, or only the one(s) that pertain to their specific needs.

Homebuyers can request The SCheryls services to come and help them choose colours, lighting fixtures, window treatments and even furniture and then come in and Stage the space according to the owners taste and requirements. No matter what your needs are The SCheryls can be of help.
