Wayne is an award winning sales associate for both Long & Foster and the Roanoke Valley Association of REALTORS®. While he specializes in waterfront properties on Smith Mountain Lake, his territory includes all of Bedford and Franklin Counties. He has over 15 years of negotiation and contract experience, critical of any real estate transaction. Wayne, in addition to a BS degree from the University of Maryland, holds many advanced real estate certifications. Wayne has earned the acclaimed GRI certification which is only awarded to a small percentage of sales associates after extensive specialized study of advanced real estate courses. Because many baby boomers move to Smith Mountain Lake, he also earned the Senior Housing Specialist designation. Wayne resides in Franklin County and is part of Long and Foster's VAN Team.
