About The WKRP Team
Meet WKRP This is the story of how three dynamic individuals joined forces and combined their strengths to create Raleigh's most favored real estate team...There are some real estate agents who try to be everything to everybody, but Kathy, Red and Pam have never tried to be anyone but themselves. Their genuine personalities shine through from the moment you meet them, and that's what makes them such an excellent team.
Women and men have their own unique approach to real estate. These three women, Kathy, Red and Pam are business partners who don't see "properties", they see homes. They are noted for their unique friendship and fun-loving personalities, but that doesn't mean they lack the knowledge and expertise to achieve their clients' goals. "We do everything in our power to make the process stress-free for our clients. Our goal is for our clients to want to hug us at the end of the transaction. That's a great feeling."
Kathy brings a burning desire to "win" to the team. Throughout her life, she's always been extremely competitive. In real estate, she uses that trait to her clients' advantage at every step of the transaction. Prior to real estate, Kathy was a special agent for the Department of Transportation, a career that demanded her to think quickly and always be ready for anything.
Red is a former teacher and hospital employee who brings a caring devotion to everything she does. As far back as she can remember, she has loved houses and brings an extensive knowledge of home construction, renovation and negotiation from her own personal investment properties.
Pam spent sixteen years with a rewarding career in property management. Her responsibilities were many, but what she loved most was helping families find their new temporary home and making that move as smooth as possible. Since her father's career was in the Army, she was no stranger to constantly moving and she used that experience combined with natural southern hospitality to transer families in and out of the area worry free.
