Wendy is an extremely qualified REALTOR with a proven track record in the Real Estate Business since 1982.  Wendy is active in the community and serves on the Technology and the Professional Standards Committees for the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors and the RPAC Committee and Legislative Committee for the Greater Grand Rapids Home Builders Assoc. and is a State Director for the Michigan Home Builders Association.  Wendy enjoys sailing, gardening, knitting and her "Grandagents", Lake and Jackson.  (Danielle's son's).

Danielle began working with Wendy in 1996 as Wendy's assistant and received her real estate license in 2001.  Now working as a Buyers Agent, Danielle specializes in working in the ever growing and changing urban neighborhoods of Grand Rapids.  Danielle also is responsible for the successful marketing of our listings and maintaining our large web presence.Danielle holds a BFA in Photography from Kendall College of Art and Design.    She currently facilitates Art Therapy groups for the Kent County Juvenile Court and Kent County Juvenile Detention Center.  Danielle has received the Pinnacle Award from the Grand Rapids Assoc of Realtors for her fundraising efforts to build a Habaitat for Humanity Home sponsored by GRAR in 2004.

Lake and Jackson Robinson 

Lake has been a member of The Zuidema Team since 2003 and Jackson is our newest team member.  Both boys spend mornings or afternoons at the office as well accompanying Mom to show homes or attend inspections
