About Wendy and Dave
Wendy & Dave have a combined 40 years in the Real Estate Field. We are both Associate Brokers and life long residents of our Grand Rapids Community. Wendy has the ABR ABRM CRS CRS GRI CSP SODREP and e-PPR designation. Dave has an MBA in finance, a CMA, CFM and is a Quickbooks Pro Advisor. Trust your next transaction to someone that is educated. Family & Community
We have been married for 42 years and have a daughter, Holly, who lives in Shanghai China and teaches at Shanghai High School International Division. She is currently studying for her MBA degree in National Security. Our Faux daughter is Danielle Robinson who worked us for many years. Danielle is married to Patrick and has our Grandagents Lake and Jack. Dave and I enjoy sailing, volunteering and traveling. Miss Moneypenny (Money for short) is our office mascot. She is a rescued Shitzu Poodle and enjoys going to closings where she gets cookies from the closers. She is happy to no longer be in a cage and has a princess pillow in the office!
We have watched our community grow over the past years and it is truly a shining star in Michigan. From our "Medical Mile" to our Symphony, VanAndel Arena, the Ballet to the BOB. Our community has the amenities of a large town but the character of a small town. Summers in downtown are filled with music and festivals, fall is filled with Art from Art Prize--The largest art show in the world!
