I have been in and around the Real Estate/Mortgage business for over 5 years, starting with appraisals, then banking and now mortgage. I pride myself in keeping up to date with current information and providing excellent customer service to all my clients and business partners.

My partner and I assist customers in obtaining mortgage loans through refinances and purchases. We stay knowledgeable in the market by doing constant training classes. Supporting local Realtors with pre-qualifying their customers and closing loans is also something we pride ourself in.

I am a part of Team Richardson, which includes myself and my senior partner, Pam Richardson, who has been in the mortgage business for over 25 years.  We have two websites (www.teamrichardsonsupportingagents.com, www.helpmesell.com) and we also sit site at a local John L Scott Office.

 

 

Our clients are our number one priority and we treat every client as if they are the only one in our pipeline.  We practice great communication with all the parties involved in each transaction. 

Pam and I work with purchases and refinances.  We also can help with advice on credit "therapy" so if a client isn't ready to buy a home due to credit issues, we will keep in contact and advice them on how to repair as needed.

One thing that sets Pam and I apart is that we extend our personal cell phone numbers to our clients and business partners.  You can most often call us on a Saturday or Sunday and we will answer the phone or return your phone call promptly.

Lastly, we take this career seriously.  We have worked hard to maintain the business partners and clients we currently have and actively try and gain new ones.
