About Terry
I originally got into this business in the early 80's-very tough times; worse than today! I am creative in how I ply my trade. I find opportunities where most people can't see them. I set people straight at the onset; I don't feed them unfullfiiable promises to get a listing. I've walked away from some listings rather than take them on unrealistic expectations. I'm not the "hot-shot" wunderkind bouncing around from one foot to the other; I'm the slow methodical grandfatherly type that's been there, seen that, done that. I cross my T's, dot my eyes, list properly and sell responsibly.
When I'm not selling real estate, I fill my time writing, (prose & poetry), sculpting, carving and painting and teaching my grandkids all of the above.
Actually, the grandkids are the focus now. I take only good real estate deals; good in that everybody benefits, and I've got the time to service the listing or buyer properly.
I usually only work with 4 or 5 clients at a time to ensure quality service. I don't list a lot of listings just for the sake of listing.
About Me
My background has been primarily in residential and some commercial sales. The market being what it is today, I have tapped into a niche market. The situation in the States right now is a "perfect storm"; hundreds of thousands of foreclosures. I have networked with Keller Williams colleagues in Las Vegas, Hawaii, Phoenix, Bullhead City, Casa Grande to name a few, and together, we advertise those foreclosures in Canadian papers and I refer them to my counterparts in the United States. So far the response has been tremendous! Over 50 referrals as of July, 2009.
Several sales are pending over the next few months. One in Hawaii, 2 in Las Vegas and 2 in Arizona. referral really work!
Recently, I formed a partnership with Bob Dunn, another long time denizen in this business. It is proving to be a successful venture. We both have our strengths and we bounce ideas off each other constantly.
