He has been a lender for nine years, owned a landscape design and maintenance business for five years, an interior design business for another five years, was a real estate appraiser for three and one-half years where he completed more than 1,200 appraisals in the Boise Metro area, and finally as a Realtor who has assisted over 1,000 clients buy or sell their homes since March 1, 1995 when he became a Realtor in the Boise market. He holds the Certified Residential Specialist designation.

I hold several designations that less than 3% of the entire membership to the National Association of Realtors has. I am a Certified Residential Specialist. To achieve that designation took five years of classes, a certain volume of business that most agents do not have and being a Realtor in good standing for a number of years.
In addition the Certified Residential Specialist is awarded to someone who demonstrates that they understand how to work with a buyer to find them a good house and warn them of isues that would affect their enjoyment of their house or investment.
We work hard to make sure we tell our clients the truth, even if it means we do not get to work with them. We want them to be very satisfied and to refer other clients to us over time. About 50-60% of our business each year comes from returning clients or those clients who refer someone to us.
