Our real estate experience is robust and diverse. We have sold homes throughout the triangle including the towns of Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquy and Varina, Morrisville, Angier, Clayton, Zebulon, Knightdale, Wake Forest, Rolesville, Oxford, Durham and Raleigh. We are both long term residents of the area, me longer than Dani cause I am old. I have actually been in Raleigh since 1980 and Dani in Cary since 1995. We have represented both buyers and sellers. We have experience in FHA, VA, and USDA sales as well as short sales. We have sold rural properties and urban properties. We have even sold a few parcels of land. We have had many first time home buyers and repeat customers. We expect all of our clients to be repeat customers so we will treat you that way. We have training in all areas of residential real estate and hold mulitple certifications specifically ePro, SRES, and Green Realtor. Many of our clients have bought and sold with us more than once. That is because I am a very good singer and they like having me around. Dani is the brains of this organization. I am just here because I am beautiful.
