The Home Squad Story:
Long before Liz and I became Realtors we too were first time home buyers. Just like many home buyers today, we found ourselves looking for someone to trust and guide us through the home buying process. Unfortunately for us,we never found such a person. Our first time home buying experience was frustrating, long and stressful. However, out of that frustration, we saw an opportunity to serve. Wanting to spare others an unpleasant home buying/selling experience, we formed "The Home Squad."
We took all our experience, skills and talents and create a team that is focuses on caring for our clients before, during and after the transaction. Our unique home buying and selling process allows clients to purchase properties for the best price and with the least amount of hassle.

Areas of Expertise
Our Area of specialty is Residential Real Estate and Investment. We are both Real Estate Brokers and Licensed Trainers for the State of Massachusetts. Tim is part of REBAC and has his Acredited Buyers Representation designation and his E-Pro designation. I have worked in professional photography and as a programmer in the Search Engine industry. My previous work experience enables me to market properties effecively on the internet and in traditional print advertising.
