Chief Inspiration Officer. That is my title as owner of the oldest RE/MAX franchise in Nevada, RE/MAX Advantage. I have 4 offices and 130 agents. My role is inspiring our great agents to work outside the box, grow their minds, and deliver an incredible experience to our buyers and sellers.
I have several agents with whom I work closely to keep my hand in the market and test new ideas and develop new systems. I sold my real estate practice to 2 agents in 2005. While selling real estate, I closed more than 100 transactions yearly and helped more than 1400 buyers and sellers in my 13 year career.
I speak for RE/MAX International at our International Conventions and in smaller regional events. Training is a passion and I recently created a training company with a collegue, Take Flight Training. It is designed to make an agent shift their paradigm and build a complete real estate business. It is anticipated that the training will be multi-state by years end.
