About Us:

                   Tim & Christy Merrell

I grew up in Idaho Falls, Idaho then moved to California.  Christy, my wife, was born and raised in the great northwest of Seattle, Washington.  We met while working and touring the world with The Magic of David Copperfield show.  After a few years of traveling on tour we got married and settled down in Henderson, Nevada.

The exciting Las Vegas real estate market inspired me to start my real estate career.  I have been with Prudential Americana Realtors for over 8 years, received numerous awards from the company and earned Chairman's Circle from Prudential several times. I've also earned the ABR, CRS, and GRI designations.

After being in the real estate industry for many years we own many investment properties in Nevada & Arizona.  We also enjoy traveling and going to the beach in our spare time.

Areas of Expertise:

Here at The Merrell Team we have a wide ranging area of expertise. Our office is in the South part of the Las Vegas Valley and I live in Henderson in the community of Seven Hills. As a result I know most of the south part of the town like the back of my hand. I'm also very familiar with all of the new Las Vegas High Rise projects currently in the works. Christy, my wife, and I own several rental properties as well and have worked with many Real Estate Investors over the years. Other members of our team work specifically with Las Vegas forclosure properties, as a result of this we are starting to see more and more of this activity as our market is changing. During the11 plus years I've been in real estate I've always had a balanced mix of Buyers and Sellers that I've worked with.
