Sign up for our free newsletters. We publish Handyman News monthly for home owners. In March 2008, we eMailed our first newsletter for Realtors, with a "Realtor Ready Checklist" for realtors to use when providing prospective sellers with a list of recommended repairs to complete before listing their home.

Areas of Expertise

We have helped numerous realtors, home buyers and sellers with repairs needed to sell or move into a new home. We understand the urgency needed to keep closings on schedule and work diligently with realtors to turn around requests quickly, finding creative ways to meet and get keys and get the work done for that pre-closing walk through. See our website for our list of handyman services or our REALTOR Ready Checklist.

Helping Sellers Plan for Sale: Our February 2008 newsletter provided several articles to help home owners prepare their homes for sale. They included:

Preparing for Sale: Our skilled technicians have worked in thousands of homes across southern NH repairing siding, small painting projects, drywall and plaster wall repair, fixing gutters, replacing faucets, fixing leaking toilets, removing or replacing chandiliers or ceiling fans, grouting and caulking of tubs and showers, ceramic tile repair and much more.

Home Inspection Punchlist:  We repair and replace railings, deck and stair repairs. We repair and replace railings, replacing light switches, installing GFI and GFCI outlets, dryer vents, window and door repairs and repalcements, cracked glass replacement, vinyl, aluminum and wood siding repair, capping, flashing and gutter repair and much more.

After Settlement: Once you move in, our experienced techs can install crown molding, chair rail and new baseboard.  Replace lock sets, install new bi-fold or standard interior doors.  We can patch and repair walls and paint or install new kitchen counter tops, door and drawer fronts and hardware, or new bathroom vanities, sinks and faucets.

Testimonials

Over the last few months, I've been connecting with more ARs in my local area. Sharon Tara and I have also connected via phone based on AR dialog. Next week we'll meet face-to-face for the first time, as Sharon is joining a group of women I know (www.4walls1roof.com) at our 2nd annual open house in Portsmouth, NH.I realize some people feel like AR doesn't replace offline marketing activities. I think AR helps you find people with similar interests (serving homeowners, finding realtors in the town where you're moving) and if you like your AR communications, then one or both need to reach out and suggest that first handshake event.
