These are three words that sum up Tammie's performance over the past 24 years in the mortgage industry. Tammie has been in the mortgage industry since 1984. Tammie has held several positions within the mortgage industry, from underwriting, processing, closing, to her current position as a Home Mortgage Consultant. She has even done a stint as a Customer Service Representative where she learned the importance of originating and closing the loan right.
Tammie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the mortgage industry. She has specialized in the following producst; Renovation, Construction Perm, Manufactured Home, and First-Time Homebuyers. She even has her DE Underwriting Certification. Tammie has completed the 2007 and 2008 Certified Mortgage Planning certification with the CMPS Institute. Tammie is also a lifetime member of the National Association of Professional & Executive Women.
