Our number one focus is in serving our clients needs with appropriate lending products and services each and every time. Our philosopy includes, after closing of a transaction being an ongroing resource for our clients lending needs as those needs relate to both long and short term financial goal and equity and payment objectives.  Guild Mortgage Company is currently the largest independent mortgage company in the United States.  We have been "Opening Doors and Closing Loans" since 1960.

My team and I remain top originators within our company and the great Pacific Northwest.  As both mortgage bankers and mortgage brokers we are able to offer our clients a full menu of home lending products including Conventional, FHA (Federal Housing Administration), and VA (Verterns Administration loans.  We also work with alternative money lenders for those special needs buyers and properties. 

Tom holds current licenses and certifications in numerous industry areas.  He has been a guest speaker throught the Puget Sound Area, comments and has been quoted over the years within the Real Estate and Lending Industry.  Over his career in home lending, Tom has previously held the position of Sr Vice President for a leading mortgage banking company and has acted as a formal consultant to a Real Estate and Mortgage Company.
