    I perform certified home inspections in CT. and NY. I am certified by NACHI, AHIT, and IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) which is the largest organizations for home inspectors in the country. I built custom homes for 20 years and completed over 1,500 home inspections, I treat my inspections as if I was buying the house. All my inspections include non destructive moisture readings on all exterior walls and a visual mold inspection. I E-Mail my completed reports within 24 hours and in my reports I give recommendations to run the house more cost effective.
