Kathie
Kathie has been a leader in the Carefree, Cave Creek and North Scottsdale real estate market since 2000. Leaving her position as a senior healthcare executive, Kathie quickly built a thriving practice, becoming one of the top agents in RE/MAX International´s Southwest Region. Her ability to effectively meet client´s needs and her dedication to her profession earned her one of RE/MAX´s highest awards, the Chairman´s Club in 2006 and 2007.
The skills Kathie learned in healthcare have been directly transferable to real estate for the benefit of her clients. She began her professional career as a critical care and trauma nurse. The ability to multi-task, think on her feet and problem solve the most stressful hospital and patient situations has served her well when the home selling and buying process seems overwhelming to clients. As Kathie moved to management and executive positions she supplemented her experience with an MBA. Her strong business and corporate accomplishments enable her to work with clients of all back grounds and price ranges, including investor clients, builders and developers.

Craig
Craig brings his clients an international knowledge and perspective. His early education in real estate began as a young boy in his native New Zealand watching his father design, build and sell homes. This inspired Craig to spend 4 years at The Auckland School of Architecture and obtain his Real Estate/Valuation degree. Craig met his future wife, an American from Arizona, at Auckland University. They moved to Southern California in 1982 where he spent 10 years building a successful appraisal business.
After experiencing the California earthquakes, floods and fires in 1993, Craig and his family decided to move to Phoenix where he pursued his real estate sales career concentrating on the north east valley market. His passion for both architecture and construction led him to building a business finding land and working with custom home builders.
Craig understands that a seller/buyer transaction does not take place unless the needs of both parties are met. He is a skillful, person-centered negotiator who develops strong relationship with clients and enjoys the trust and respect of other REALTORS®. A few years ago, Craig recognized another rising REALTOR® star and created a partnership with Kathie Nohre which led to the formation of The Nohre Young Team, an organization whose mission is to provide the best possible REALTOR® services
