"Tenacious Todd Does It Again! 
My name is Nancy and life threw me a hard curve ball this past summer. Unfortunately, I had to make a decision to sell my beautiful condo. in the community of Portico in Carlsbad, CA. I knew that due to the declining values and with my 100% financing that I did in 2005 that I was upside down in my LTV.   It took me a few months to finally call Todd and I regret that I didn't call him earlier! I would see Todd's Realtor signs in my community amongst all the other Realtor signs that were literally polluting the streets.
