Born and raised in a family of real estate professionals. Tom Bivins began his real estate career as a Realtor specializing in residential mountain resort real estate mostly single family homes in vacation rental programs and 1031 tax deferred exchange transactions in Big Bear, California. The addition of new construction speculative homes and luxury specialty soon followed. Years later Tom returned to Idaho and put his Gem State license to use as a listing coordinator for a luxury resort property brokerage.
