I believe in a philosophy of "Customers for Life" not just making a quick sale. I have over 17 years of sales and marketing experience including four years in the real estate field. I am a skilled negotiator and will work in your best interest whether you are a buyer or seller. Pricing homes is crucial to getting them sold. I have taken the required course work and have past the state exam for real estate appraising. I choose a different path and am not a licensed appraiser, however.

I also know the "nuts and bolts" of Real Estate. Prior to my sales career I gained some useful construction experience. I worked for my father who was a pool contractor in New England for over 25 years. In the off season I was involved in building Spec homes, rehabbing rental units, and building a commercial building.

I Have been a resident of Palm Aire in Pompano Beach, Florida since early 2003. I choose to live here because of its central location, excellent golf, and its value as an investment.

There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple. There are many elements of a smooth transaction, however, that are complicated and daunting.

In addition to serving the Pompano Beach community I also serve all Broward County and Southern Portions of Palm Beach County.
