I began my real estate career in late 2005 just as the market began it's downturn. I missed all the fun of "The market on steroids". As you can image it has not been an easy road. However, I love a challenge. As thousands of established agents have given up, my business has been growing and growing. I don't have the bad habits other agents got when it was simple to sell a home. I know it takes real effort to sell in this market. Persistance and perseverence are the key.
I have focused my efforts on helping banks and struggling homeowners sell their distressed properties. For banks and asset mangers, I offer a wide range of REO services. For homeowners who are no longer able to keep up with their mortgage I can help avoid foreclosure through the Short Sale Process
