I am a cash flow investor who focuses on arranging lucrative real estate & business transactions between my partners and valued customers. 

What I Specialize in

My focus comes in Mobile Home Parks.  I like everything about them and believe they are a great asset to hold onto for longterm cash flow.  They do not allow for a GREAT networth, but the cash flow is almost better than all the rest.  They are basic, easy to improve, and not a lot of buyers in the market.

I turned to Thomas and Developing Home Solutions when I found myself in what seemed to be an impossible situation.  We had negative equity in our house and were going through a divorce.  With no way to keep the house, unable to rent for what the payment was and thinking we wouldn’t be able to sell, we were at a loss as to what to do.  Developing Home Solutions purchased the house in a very short amount of time.   During an already stressful time it was a huge relief to have the house taken care of especially when we thought there was no way to make it happen.   If it weren’t for Thomas , we would probably have lost the house and faced foreclosure.
