I like that he has his beliefs and a work place is not a mandatory quite zone. This is no indication of agreement or disagreement with his beliefs, just an indication of my appreciation for his unwaivering comitment to what he believes.

Thing that I appreciate about Tom as a manager is everything that was mentioned above & the fact that he keeps faith alive in our office. Our moments of silent and conditional love for all religions keep faith very much alive in our office. In a business where you don't always see the best in people it is nice to see it in our office.
