"Mr. Sinclair recently performed a pre-purchase home inspection for me in Fairhope and I wanted to tell you how grateful I am that I did this prior to closing. The number of things that he pointed out more than covered his reasonable fee. The homeowner corrected all these items prior to our occupying the home which made the move much easier. Home Inspection
"Mr. Sinclair was prompt with the home inspection for the property I was purchasing. His inspection was very in-depth, and explained findings in detail. I liked how the inspection was divided into areas of inspection, such as electrical, plumbing, etc.. and each addressed individually. This made it very easy to study, and discuss with my realtor.
