After 32 years in Retail, I decided to make a career change into Real Estate. With my extensive knowledge of owning a multi-million dollar business, I can work through any problem that can arise. I am an expert negotiator, from the Buyers side or the Sellers side. I have almost finished helping put 2 daughters through college. I have re-located from state to state and understand the re-location process. I have extensive contacts to help with any problems that can happen in a Real Estate transaction. My follow-up skills are my key.
Commercial: With 32 years of retail experience, I have extensive knowledge in all areas of owning a multi-million dollar business. I understand the struggles of the small and large business owner. I specilaize in Multi-Family, Mobile Home and RV Parks, and Investor income properties. I am a native New Mexican, and know the state very well. I enjoy taking a project from start to finish. Very detailed and respond quickly. I am currently working on my CCIM designation.
Residential: I bought my first home at 19 using the First Time Home Buyers Program. As a father of 2 daughters, I can work with first time home buyers and help them through the process. I have built my own home and understand the building process. I am comfortable working with Buyers and Sellers. I will follow-up.
