| I have a degree in Engineering Physics from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. Thanks to my engineering studies, I enjoy and succeed at solving problems that can come up during a real estate transaction. Since starting real estate in 1999 by designing and marketing my own vacation property rental website called Timetoshare, I have continued to expand my knowledge of contractual law and negotiation techniques. Those skills help ensure a smooth and fair transaction. I also have a broker's license, which is considered the top educational level in real estate. |
Areas of Expertise
North San Diego is where I live. However, I end up all over San Diego County, South Orange County, and Southwest Riverside County to meet the needs of my referred clients. Each area offers something different and thus can satisfy everyone from first time home buyers, investors, vacationers, and sellers moving up, down, or out.
As an aside to my primary focus in residential real estate, I also offer leasing services to help owners secure good tenants for long durations or for someone moving to the area and wanting to rent short term before deciding to buy, I can help make that transition smooth.
