Got my salesperson license in 1990 when I was still serving the military. I started selling houses to my friends in the military when they found out that I have a real estate license. When I retired in the military I continued selling houses in the Oceanside, Vista, Fallbrook area. After a couple of years my clients have to move so I was called to sell their house. So I started listing properties. In 2002, I opened my office at 3753 Mission Ave. Suite 200 Oceanside Ca 92056. The name is Mission Real Estate & Mortgage.
