The guy in the middle seat struck up a conversation with the window seat guy the very minute he sat down.  There was NOT a minute of silence for 2 1/2...

A Blog Post About Nothing?  I was (am) a huge Seinfeld fan. I love how they took the ordinary things that happen, or could happen, in our daily lives and made them funny. Do most agents fear closing? As far as I know, closing is the most exciting and relieving part of the whole process. Successful people never give up, read books on finding success, and set high goals. In real estate, agents often say, "If only ____________________."  Fill in the blank!  They blame the market, lenders, the government, their broker, and everyone else for their lack of success.  Whether you are a ...

I like goals. My new Naumkeag goal, suggested by Tammy Lankford, is to sell half of the total goal for the property which is 385. I am only there two days a week, but I believe I can achieve it. I sold 13 today and would only need 67 more in roughly 5 weeks. Petal to the medal time.
