Carlsbad Housing Market Summary for 2023~ Highs and Lows ~ There were a number of shifts in the Carlsbad real estate market in 2023 as compared to the prior year. Here are some highs and lows of the Carlsbad housing market for detached single family homes. What I know about AI...Not much!!! I was hesitant to learn this technology. It's not that I don't like to learn new things. It was mainly from the standpoint of it would be just another thing to keep up with! My motto is "if you aren't learning, you aren't earning!" My office had a zoom ChatGPT training so I signed up to see what this AI is all about. Median sales price is slightly down from last year.
