I work closely with their CPA and Financial Advisor to formulate the most sound financial plans depending on the client's risk tolerance.
I also work with many First Time Homebuyers to educate them on the need for credit review prior to applying for a mortgage. Many times only a few minor adjustments will result in a substantial increase in credit score. Getting a full approval vs. a pre-qualification results in a more positive home buying experience with Sellers much more willing to negotiate, as the buyer is perceived to be a cash buyer.
