Tori's Story

Born in Princeton, NJ, owner and lead designer of Stylish Stagers, Inc., Tori Toth, grew-up around her father’s construction business learning how to do small fixes around the home. As a child, she loved to design spaces. Her passion to communicate through images has transpired throughout her life from her artistic ability to the media and now to your home.

She’s a Certified Staging Professional trained through Home Staging Resource and has been trained by HGTV Star Matthew Finlason of “The Stagers” focusing on target staging and lifestyle merchandising to showcase spaces that aspire to buyer’s dreams. She’s committed to herself to “create an image that sells.

 She is also an active member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) as the Regional Vice President of NY, NJ, DE, MD and PA, and is the Communication Chair for RESA-NY Local Chapter. She is also a member of Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR), International Association of Design International Entrepreneurs (IADIE), and the American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners (ASHSR). She is working towards becoming a LEED-GA.

Tori has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Photography, which she successfully used in the news business as an Emmy Nominated multi-media journalist for over six years. Now, you may be wondering what does television reporting have to do with home staging—well, she is a creative, high-energy, multi-tasker that works well under pressure and tight deadlines, plus she has an eye for detail and design. By using compelling images she was able to emotionally connect viewers to each story and uses that technique to attract potential buyers to homes.

In just two short years in the staging industry, Tori’s unique style and exceptional images has earned her a spot as the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) 2012 Professional Stager of the Year Finalist and awarded as the RESA 2012 Regional Vice President of the Year for her commitment to support and educate her local chapters in the region. Her goal is  “to make home staging a real estate standard.”
