We are a family who emigrated to phoenix from Ireland in April 2006. We heard of Tracey through a colleague. It was our first house purchase in the USA and we were looking for someone to help us with the usual problems when dealing with Real Estate but we also wanted someone who was willing to work with us long-distance via e-mail. Since purchasing our home in Gilbert, Tracey has gone on to recommend so many other people and services from an accountant, handyman, furniture stores and even a hairdresser!! We could not be more happy with the service Tracey has given us from initial introduction to present day. We have friends moving to Phoenix in the near future and would be very happy to recommend Tracey Carter as their Realtor.
