My marketing always starts with the "There's no place like home" motto. My plan takes into account each home's individual and unique characteristics. The first impression is the most important. I constantly look for new and creative ways to best expose your property to the most potential buyers in the market.
The most valuable characteristics of an excellent Agent can only be discovered by personal interview. Remember how often something looks great on paper, but the reality is much different? People skills and/or problem solving skills in every case will make the difference in every single situation where a person sells and another buys.
There are two significant moments in the sale of a home. The Buyer's first impression and the quality of the negotiations at the offering table. In both of these moments it's important to have an agent with excellent people skills. I take pride that I have outstanding business knowledge and negotiating skills while still understanding the nuances that are so necessary in getting cooperation from both buyer and seller.
