As a buyer's agent for Judith Green, I love my job and I'm confident that I do it well.  For starters, I would recommend allowing me to set up an automatic e-mail notification.  If you've ever called on a listing only to find out it's no longer available, you need to get automatic e-mails.  Sure, a lot of information is now available online, but through the MLS I can be very specific and filter your results so that they truly reflect your wants and needs.

When it's time to start looking, I can show you any home on the market - even those listed by other agents.  If I'm going to be your agent, I want to see the houses you're considering.  I want to be there to point out something you might have overlooked.  I do not sugarcoat just to make a sale, I strongly encourage you to get a whole house inspection.  A whole house inspection will cost between $250-350, a small price to pay to make sure you know what you're getting.  If you discover a major flaw and have to back out of the deal, I will support that decision.

Once your home inspection is done, I will keep you informed as we progress toward closing.  I understand that purchasing a home can be a very stressful time and many questions will arise, I always do my best to answer your questions or direct you to the right individual who can answer them.
