Tracy Moses and Tammy Trenholm have always had a passion for design.  Both have taken Interior Design classes and have furthered their Home Staging and Interior Design education by becoming MARSP Certified.  Additionally, Tracy and Tammy are members of RESA and SDP. This passion for design has led them to be successful while working in various capacities in Marketing, Design, Public Relations and Residential Real Estate.  Both have extensive backgrounds working for Custom and National Builders where they have helped design homes from start to finish, clubhouses at Master Planned Communities, model homes, apartment renovations, and helped numerous buyers and sellers achieve their goals.

Currently they hold Real Estate Sales and Brokers Liceneses, respectively,  and feel this has given them the ability to gain knowledge on how to best understand marketing needs and trends in Residential Real Estate.  Tracy and Tammy will continue to seek additional Certifications through various industry Associations.
