About Tracy

Tracy Pulos grew up in Chester County and earned a BA in Advertising at Penn State... where she met her husband and real estate business partner, Mark.  Their children both attended Radnor H.S. and both now attend Penn State. They live in the Rosemont area of Bryn Mawr.

Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, reading, "spinning", road cycling, jogging, & visiting the beach. She has completed 2 marathons, many half marathons, cycled the 65-mile "Tour de Shore," completed 2 triathlons... and (if her knees hold up) looks forward to participating in more events!

A "chronic volunteer," Tracy's activities include board member for the Radnor Conservancy, long-time committee member for the Katie Samson Lacrosse Festival, board positions at several Radnor Township schools, and active involvement with the swimming & tennis programs at the Conestoga Swim Club. Her passion for real estate began when she sold real estate advertising for the Los Angeles Times.... helping builders, realtors, and developers market their properties.
