The Stice Team

My son, Jeremy and I work together as a father/son team. With my 31 years in the industry and Jeremy's youth, energy, brilliant mind, and good looks, we have good balance. Our clients benefit from his boundless energy and willingness to go all out to find the right deal, and when the negotiations start I am there all the way to the finish line and closing.

We also take time to play.  After all, we live on Maui.  We surf, paddle canoe,dive, fish, and we have a big organic farm that we grow over 50% of what we eat with a very productive fish pond. We share this lifestyle with our clients, they get the benefit of our bounty. There is nothing like a fresh fish stuffed with herbs from the garden, followed by a papaya and banana fruit salad.

We go where our client's interests lie. Our lifestyle is rural, but if you want a vacation condo, a second home, a fractional interest in a home, or just a piece of vacant land for the future, we can help. We have offices on all four major Hawaiian Islands; Oahu, Kauai, Maui, and the Big Island.

  • Small Subdivisions:    Maui is a very tough county to do subdivisions in. With both State and County zoning, lack of water availability, county and community plan overlays, rural and urban growth boundaries, and a dual land recording system, it can be a real challenge to take on any subdivision.   • The Condominium Process: This is another way to create a separate, legal,  parcel that is recognized by both the state and county;not considered a subdivision. Legal, permitted, conforming homes on the same parcel may be separated legally using this process. With the help of knowledgeable local attorneys, we guide you through the process. 
  • Off the Grid,grow your own? We have several parcels that our family owns. We farm a huge variety of fruits, veggies, fish, and grow a lot of Palms and other trees to sell.  We know how to locate parcels with better soil, how to develop water resources, and where to get seeds, fish fry, chickens, cows, compost, tractors and the tools you need to get started.
