About Lara Travars
Lara Travars brings 20 years creating message excitement for the media, communities, corporations, analysts, investors, and the public to real estate, where she partners with agents and their clients in the development of messasges that create excitement.
Her experience encompasses experience in every aspect of communications, from behind the camera and in front of it at ABC television and radio, to public relations appeals from the other side of the news. Currently a communications consultant for The Travars Group, Lara is also active in the community and around the world, including her position as a director on the Board at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Science.
As a television and radio talk show host, news producer, reporter and anchor, Lara raised ratings with stories about real people, doing real things, of interest to a broader community.
As head of corporate communications and public relations for companies from Fortune 100 to start-up, Lara defined message development for people, products and processes around the world.
As a director of a political initiative, Lara brought together people who thought alike about a single issue - and disagreed about everything else.
