Specializing in Residential Sales, Relocation, 1st Time Home Buyers, Condo's, Townhomes and Investment Properties, Tina graduated with honors from DBCC in Daytona Beach Florida (now know as FAU) with an A.S. in Management and  has over 18 years' sales and marketing experience.  She believes in earning the trust & referrals of her clients by proving herself to be ethical and loyal to their real estate needs.   Tina also believes in serving clients equally giving them the undivided attention that they deserve.  She is also has training as a Certified Negotiation Specialist along with relocations certification's through USAA & Cendant.

Tina was the director of Teen Challenge Girls' Home for several years and a mentor for Florida Juvenile Justice System before she began her career in Real Estate as a Residential Property Manager, later moving into sales.   She has also been a volunteer telephone counselor, assisted with overseas foreign missions and worked extensively with troubled teens.
