I took a round-about way into real estate but love that every single client is unique and helps me to learn all different facets of this fantastic industry!  I was born and raised in Simi Valley, CA and went to college at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.  I majored in Broadcast News and played Division I softball.  I was 22 and had the opportunity to become a head softball coach at a small college in Texas and stayed there for three years.  I met my soccer coach husband there and we moved to Dallas in 2001 where I started the softball program at UT Dallas.  After four years and the birth of our first child, I was ready for a new challenge.  Almost three years later, I find the competitiveness of real estate just as exciting as being an athlete or coach. 

I currently have my Accredited Buyer Representative certification, Accredited Luxury Home Specialist and am also an e-PRO.  I find these help me to effectively communicate with my clients the importance of REALTOR representation and staying in touch with them from start to finish and beyond.

I live in Highland Village and work the surrounding communities including Flower Mound, Bartonville, Argyle, Lantana, Corinth, Southlake, Colleyville, and Keller.  I enjoy working with builders and the new home industry.  I specialize in new construction and luxury homes, but always take great care of first-time home buyers and those moving up or downsizing.  I believe that informing my clients about the process is crucial since most families don't move on a regular basis.  Contracts constantly change, codes are updated and the rules of real estate are always evolving.  I want to make sure my clients feel like they are making a sound, educated and informed financial investment and not just buying based on emotion.
