Just a little about me....

I have lived in Erie since 1998 and love it! I appreciate the small town feel of Erie, Lafayette, and Louisville. First-time home buyers see the value my extensive mortgage/real estate background of over 15 years. I am also an  ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), which less than 10% of all Realtors have been certified for nationwide. This means I am trained to give Buyers the best representation and protect their interest. Sellers appreciate my knowledge of the local neighborhoods, subdivisions, and general growth trends of the area. Sellers also see value in the fact since I work with so many buyers - I bring genuine feedback of what buyer's are looking for and realistic pricing.  Let's talk about what would make your next home GREAT!

I love to see live music of all genres! My family and I try to go camping, as much as , possible in the summer and fall. Snowboarding and snowshoeing take up our wintertime outdoor activities. Erie has so many fun festivals including the Town Fair in May, 4th of July fireworks (one of the largest on the Front Range), and the Summer concert series! Our new Community Center and Park is one of the best in the North Metro area.

Why Erie?

I have watched the towns of Erie and Lafayette grow over the last 15 years and really see the potential in the future. I remember first coming out here in 1994 and thinking - WOW this place is so peaceful, quiet, and yet so close to Boulder and Denver. The towns all have their own unique feel, BUT retain a great family friendly atmosphere! Most people haven't realized how much it takes to get Erie to this point- 2010! Well the future is bright because the infrastructure and critical mass ( say around 20000 people) is here and the next 10 years will bring many visible signs of a town maturing. Stay tuned!
