Either by participating in the sale of 20+ properties a year, staying current on 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange laws, being active in the Governance aspects of the National Association of Realtors, or as a volunteer driver for Meals On Wheels, he still finds time for his Golden Retriever Rusty, skiing in Vermont, and the Red Sox.
