About Me:
I've never had a more rewarding sales career than real estate. A home is truly an investment in family and to see the excitement on a new buyer's face or the the relief visible on a seller's is the greatest reward I can get. My real estate career is all about getting my clients what they most desire and I strive to do this in an honest, above reproach method.
With backgrounds in education, architecture and construction I feel that I can offer many areas of expertise to all of my clients. I've just recently become 
certified and will use this to meet my clients needs over the Internet.
I am a born and bred country boy from the great state of Indiana (Go Hoosiers). I try to order my life by putting God first, my wife and family second, and my friends and neighbors next. I've been married for almost 25 years (June 2, 1984) to my wonderful, smart, and beautiful wife Deanna (aka - Dee) and have four very bright and talented children Ryan, Marissa, Ty, and Cami.
Areas of Expertise
First time home buyers are the ones I work with the most and tend to be the ones with the most questions. This is where I can use my teaching experience along with my knowledge of construction and architecture to help them along. My company is also very strong in the farm market and 1031 tax exchanges of which I play a part in. My third area of expertise would be the move-up buyers. In this market I love finding a larger home for a growing family that will meet their needs for many years to come.
